    When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

    When will my credit card be refunded?
    Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of approval. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    Please note that we only accept returns purchased through our online store www.liverpooljeans.com. If your item was purchased through another retail or department store, we kindly ask to address your return or exchange inquiries with them.

    We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

    Order after 30 days will not be accepted.

    How can I make an exchange?
    At this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange using the complimentary return label provided to you when you process a return online. You can place a new order online at www.liverpooljeans.com.

    How Do I submit a return?
    Please submit a return request online here. Once your return submission has been submitted and approved, you will be able to download and print a return label. Please use the packing slip provided and place unwanted items inside the box with your return. Place return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your return at any UPS location. You may also arrange a pick-up with UPS online here.

    Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. U.S. orders (excluding HI/AK/PR) are shipped via UPS to ensure delivery in 3-5 business days (starting with the first business day after the order was placed) We ship out Monday- Friday at 5:00 pm PST excluding Holidays.

    Can I ship an order at a P.O. Box?
    No P.O. boxes please. We ship only to valid physical, residential and business addresses.

    How do I know that my order has been shipped?
    You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. If we have not answered your question, Contact Us.
